Masefield, Wordsworth and Dickens Houses are a central part of Brent Council’s ambitious plans for investment into South Kilburn. The proposals include the construction of a new two form entry primary school, over 140 new homes and investment into the Carlton Vale Park.

We worked with Karakusevic Carson Architects and Periscope to develop proposals for flood risk management, sustainable drainage and infrastructure coordination across the site. We also contributed to a collaborative design process that seeks to make the most of investment into the park and employs healthy street design principles to all external spaces.
