Wembley housing zone comprises three sites on the Wembley High Road. We have completed design of the former Copland School site up to RIBA stage 3, where the design team led by Karakusevic Carson Architects have developed proposals for a 5 to 9-storey mixed-use building. This will include 250 new homes, 1,940sqm of workspace, 1,627sqm of community space, landscaped courtyards and playspace, associated wheelchair and cycle parking, plant and infrastructure.

Our work focussed on the integration of sustainable drainage systems into the deck level courtyard and roof spaces, enriching the design and environmental performance of the building and planned the development’s connections into local infrastructure networks.
